I'm still dying over the fact that Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo has ended. The drama has been perhaps one of the best Korean dramas I've watched in years and shares the number 1 spot with Coffee Prince in my heart. One of the things I loved most about the series was Nam Joo-Hyuk and Lee Sung Kung's great chemistry. Attributing to this, perhaps, is the fact that they both come from the same agency and have worked together many, many times before, particularly with modelling. So I'm going to collect all their projects here on my blog...starting with this too cool for school (or farming) Ceci shoot wayyy back in 2014. They were already looking like the perfect couple!

Magazine Scans: Jasper Liu 劉以豪 for the June issue of Girl 愛女生 Magazine

As I mentioned in my last post, Girl Taiwan pretty much picked the perfect cover girl, Ivy Shao, and cover boy, Jasper Liu, for June. Here is Jasper's interview and photo shoot for Girl. He really did shine with his playfulness and his jokes, including his comment about growing his hair out like the photo editor so that he could flick it. He also bid the camera a very long goodbye as they continued to stalk him to his change room. Haha!

Yaaasss. Why does Jasper always look amazing? Magazine Scans: Bromance 愛上哥們 x SPOP 華流 Special Edition Photo cards

When I first saw this, I thought that Megan and Baron were gracing a third magazine cover with special photo cards. I don't know why. Maybe because it seemed like the Jumbo special edition SPOP issues that sometimes come out....Anyway, it turned out that this wasn't a magazine at all...just a collector's box with photo cards and a giant framed photo that you could prop up on an easel. Still the pictures are pretty, so I've scanned them and put them up here for your enjoyment :)

Magazine Scans: Jasper Liu 劉以豪 for the February cover of 女人我最大窩們 Woman

Ah, Jasper. He's given the title of Taiwan's most adorable boyfriend, but his interview with the magazine talks about the "idol effect" and how he's really nothing like his characters and about how love is working at a relationship with the person. 

I think it's fantastic that he's giving interviews like this because it's true. At the end of the day, fans know very little about him as a person and he's not the characters he plays. For me, I'll admit I was drawn to him for his cute, sunny appearance...but I could also see him as a quiet and broody person too, who would enjoy his own company and music and hanging with just his family, his dogs and a small, close bunch of friends. But that's what I like about him - he's a very down to earth, fun celebrity to follow. His charm lies, not in being grandiose, but in his bright sense of humour and his quiet personality.
