It's rare for me to follow a drama from conception, and as I mentioned before, I haven't been watching as many Taiwanese dramas of late. But it's nice to be on top of things for once. Here's the first press conference for the opening of Lost Romance. Vivian Sung and Marcus Chang look adorable together in interviews - They're old friends and you can totally see it in their banter. They do look oddly awkward in their press pictures though, but I feel like a lot of actors do as well.
The interview starts off with questions about how Marcus feels about being semi-naked on screen and he says he doesn't know how everyone else feels, but he felt shy about it. The others say they also feel shy seeing his body! The interviewer than asks if he's satisfied with his body and Marcus laughs and says he can't say. But Vivian jokes: "We're all satisfied. Really, we're all very satisfied." To which Marcus, replies, "That's good, it's all done for her sake." Haha! They also joke about their chemistry, with Vivian saying that it's been 7 years since they stared in Cafe.Waiting. Love together where her character loved Marcus' character, but she could never get him. Now that she's gotten the opportunity to get close to him, she'll get as close as possible. But Marcus jokes that the first time they met, she lost 2kgs and because of that, she's given her heart to him. Haha, what a weird story.
I'm also really liking the look of the second male lead, Simon Lian. He's got such a pretty face and the height to go with it. Can't wait to see him in other projects after this too.
