Look forward to another Jasper show being available on Netflix at the end of June - the 26th June to be precise. Part Travel show, part unscripted variety show, Twogether will be following Taiwanese actor Jasper Liu and Korean star, Lee Seung Gi as they travel through South East Asia together, exploring, doing challenges and meeting fans in each of the countries they go to.
The destinations visited by the two include Yogyakarta and Bali in Indonesia, Bangkok and Chang Mai in Thailand and Pokhara and Kathmandu in Nepal. These locations were selected by fans. By completing the challenges in each location, the boys are able to meet the local fans. It's an interesting concept, complete with the fact that Jasper and Lee Seung Gi have a language barrier. but they get over that and have a bit of the usual bromance rapport going on!
The show was obviously shot during 2019 in the pre-Covid-19 days, but hopefully it will help to remind people of how beautiful these countries are and boost tourism when things return to normal, one day in the future.
Over the last few days Netflix has released the international posters for the show. The font looks really cute. I'm looking forward to seeing my favourite boy and to travel vicariously through his travels until I can travel again myself!
