All my favourite filming locations for Do do sol sol la la sol are in Mokpo because the happier parts of the drama take place there (You can read about the Do do sol sol la la sol filming locations of Mokpo here.) However, a number of scenes were shot in Seoul because both Jun and Lala originally come from Seoul before they end up travelling to Mokpo. Jun also ends up going back to Seoul for some part of the drama.
I've found 10 filming locations from the drama and listed their details below. I tend to select locations that I would visit even if they were not a filming location (ie. I look for places that are cafes, museums, shopping streets). My thinking is that if I ever visit Korea again, I would want to go to places that were fun, as well as places that exist in my drama. Such as, I've not included every location I know about, just the ones that have interesting activities or were highly important within the drama.
Please Note: None of these photos are mine - please see below pictures for the credits and like the photos on the accounts of the photo takers :)
1. Dodosolsollalasol Cafe / Where Jun and Lala meet the first time - Peace in the Coffee Cafe 피스인더커피
Address: 258 Seokchonhosu-ro, Songpa-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul, South Korea
Korean Address: 서울 송파구 석촌호수로 258 ( 송파동 7-1 )
(The entrance is at this location, however Google maps has not updated the image to reflect what it currently looks like, which is the Peace in the Coffee entrance pictured below)
Lala and Jun actually had their first meeting at a cafe right after Lala had her wallet stolen. She was keen to buy the last watermelon juice in the display cabinet, but Jun beat her to it, which made her yelp out. This catches Jun's attention and he buys the watermelon juice for her instead of taking it himself. He is attracted to her, but as circumstances would have it, they don't get each other's numbers and Jun ends up going to this cafe over and over again to look for her.
The cafe they meet at is 'Dodosolsolalasol' cafe in the drama, but the space exists in real life as 'Peace in the Coffee' cafe. The real cafe has the beautiful, red, self-playing piano from the drama at the centre of the room. It also has a display table with many desserts, which is what the cafe is known for.

2. The cafe where Lala & Mr Twinkle/ Dodosolsollalasol is meant to meet at - Sanmotoonge 산모퉁이

Korean Address: 서울 종로구 백석동길 153 (부암동 97-5)

The main mystery of Do do sol sol la la sol is a mysterious character called 'Dodosolsollalasol.' As an Instagram influencer, Lala ends up attracting a follower, and benefactor, with this username. This mysterious person checks in on her during the hardest days of her life, after her father passes away, and even sends her a piano for her academy. After awhile, they plan to meet in person at a cafe in Eunpo. Lala eagerly greets each person walking down the stairs and into the courtyard, but none of them are 'Dodosolsollalasol,' who can't make it that day.
The cafe they arrange to meet at isn't actually in Mokpo (which is where Eunpo scenes were shot), but in Seoul. It's a beautiful house cafe known as Sanmotoonge, which overlooks the hilly area of Buam in Seoul. Sanmotoonge is famously known as the filming location for the drama, Coffee Prince! This was Choi Han-sung's house in the drama and as a result, there are lots of signed Coffee Prince memorabilia around the cafe (I personally am a fan because it was the first K-Drama I ever watched!)

3. Where Jun's mother requests to talk to Lala - Booksays 북쌔즈 Bookstore and cafe inside Anam Tower 아남타워
Address: 311 Teheran-ro, Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, South Korea
Korean Address: 서울특별시 강남구 테헤란로 311 (역삼동 702-10)
(The entrance is at this location, however Google maps has not updated the image to reflect what it currently looks like, which is the Booksays entrance pictured below)
One of the most heart-breaking, but also humorous scenes, takes place at this bookstore cafe. Jun's mother asks Lala to meet up with her because she wants to convince Lala to break up with Jun. Feeling protective of their friend, the Those-Wishing-to-Divorce ahjummas follow her to her meeting with a hilarious plan to battle Jun's mother should she choose to bully Lala. However, Lala has a very agreeable conversation with Jun's mother and agrees to a break-up because she also wants what's best for Jun.
The meeting between Jun's mother and Lala takes place at Booksays. This is a beautiful bookstore which also serves as a function space where classical concerts, lectures and book talks occur. Patrons can browse the books that they're thinking of buying, enjoy a coffee or some lunch and participate in events like book talks. There's also a grand piano in the middle of the bookstore, which matches the overall theme of Do do sol sol la la sol. Booksays is a bit of a dream library, not the place you'd expect a chat with a furious potential mother-in-law...but Lala gave a very dignified, warm and compassionate performance here!

4. Lala's concert recital hall/ Where Lala and Jun meet for the second time - Universal Arts Center 유니버셜아트센터
Address: 664 Cheonho-daero, Neung-dong, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, South KoreaKorean Address: 서울특별시 광진구 천호대로 664 (능동 25)
Other Dramas filmed here: Reply 1994
Lala plays two piano recitals in the drama. One as a child where she cries and her father cheers her on and one as an adult where Dr Cha first sees her and where Jun meets her for a second time. It's at this concert that Dr Cha also runs into Jun for the first time, a memory which plays a part in revealing Jun's true identity to him. Both concerts take place at Universal Arts Centre, a concert hall in Seoul where a lot of Children's concerts take place. The centre is also a venue for ballet performances, talks and celebrity fan meets. Although I'm not sure what it'll be like post-Covid, you'd probably be able to go into the foyer of the venue, but wouldn't be able to see the theatre unless you had a ticket to a show.

When Lala is contemplating how she can break up with Jun to allow him to focus on school, she plans a happy date in Seoul before she leaves him with a good bye letter. They have lunch at a cafe - Lala feeds Jun, while he tells her to eat lots. After that they take a stroll on a pretty street and buy trinkets from a stall. Jun asks Lala for a cool keyring, but she buys him a cute rainbow bear instead.
The street where these date activities take place is Bojeong-dong Café Street. It's a small enclave of cafes and stores which makes it the perfect place to go on dates...it's also beautifully decorated with seasonal lights and lanterns. Lala and Jun buy their trinkets at a stall in front of Studio 63 cafe, which is where a scene of the popular drama What's wrong with Secretary Kim? was filmed.

6. The riverside park where Lala leaves Jun with her letter - Yeouido Hangang Park 한강 공원 여의도 지구 along the Han River
Address: 290 Yeouidong-ro, Yeouido-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, South Korea
Korean Address: 서울특별시 영등포구 여의동로 290 (여의도동 85-5)

Lala and Jun end their lovely date by the river. Lala asks Jun to get a bike so they can ride together like they normally do, but instead leaves him with a goodbye letter. Jun reads it and cries by the Han River at Yeouido Hangang Park.
There are lots of outdoor activities to do at this park - people rent bikes to ride around the area or rent tents to camp by the river. At night there are food trucks parked around this area as well. Lots of people come to have picnics and hang out with their friends. People also like to come here to take photos with the 'Seoul' sign near the river.

7. Where Jun gets tasked with Delivering Lala's Bouquet after finishing work at a construction site - Yulgok-ro 3-gil 율곡로3길
Address: Yulgok-ro 3-gil, Samcheong-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul, South Korea
Korean Address: 율곡로3길
Other Dramas filmed here: Goblin, True Beauty, Hotel Del Luna, Coffee Prince, Do You Like Brahms?
Jun meets Lala before her first wedding when he is tasked to deliver a bouquet to her. After he finishes labour work at a construction site, he walks along a street full of dirt and sweat, drinking his banana milk, when he ends up catches a bouquet belonging to the delivery man who is heading to Lala's wedding. Because the man crashes into a stall and needs to fix his bike, he asks Jun to go in his place.
The road Jun walks along when he gets caught up in this accident is Yulgok-ro 3-gil, a major street in the neighbourhood of Anguk neighbourhood. The road leads to other little roads lined with quaint shops, restaurants and cafes. It seems that a lot of arts and crafts markets take place here with participants lining their stalls along this street. A number of dramas have also filmed scenes here, a few recent examples being True Beauty and Do You Like Brahms?

Note: The following Filming Locations No. 8 - No. 10 are event venues, so it's unlikely that you would be able to enter location unless invited for a function (ie. wedding) or attending some sort of booked event there (ie. a class or a filming). However, I've included the locations in case they do happen to have open days or in case you are in Korea and get invited to an event at these places or find a connection who can arrange a visit :)
8. Lala's first wedding / Where she meets Jun for the third time - The Raum 더라움
Address: 564 Eonju-ro, Yeoksam 1(il)-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, South Korea
Korean Address: 서울 강남구 언주로 564 (역삼동 680-1)
Other Dramas filmed here: She Would Never Know, What's Wrong with Secretary Kim?
Jun delivers the wedding bouquet to this location where he meets Lala at the beginning of the drama. He's so memorised by her beauty that he comes closer to look at her and she accidentally hits him in fear, causing him to have a nosebleed on her dress. However, Jun is very skilled and he soon fixes this for Lala.
The location of Lala's first wedding is at The Raum, an expensive wedding venue in the middle of Seoul. It's a space for private functions, so it's unlikely you could just walk in unless invited to an event. The Raum seems to have several wedding halls, but I have only included pictures from the wedding hall used in the drama below.

9. Lala's second wedding/ Where Jun runs away with Lala after her fake wedding with Dr Cha - Yakhyeon Cathedral 중림동약현성당
Address: 447-1 Cheongpa-ro, Jung-gu, Seoul, South Korea
Korean Address: 서울 중구 청파로 447-1 (중림동 149-2)
(No one has taken a Google maps image there, so this is one of the paths leading into the church)
Other Dramas filmed here: The K2, Her Private Life
Jun is shocked when he overhears Lala's ex-fiance having a conversation about her getting married. In confusion and panic, he runs over to the church where her second wedding is held and pulls Lala away from Dr Cha, running away with her to the beach. The church featured in the scene is Yakhyeon Cathedral, a catholic church in the Jungnim-dong neighbourhood of Seoul. The Church has been featured in many dramas including two that I've watched - The K2 and Her Private Life. It seems to be the venue for a number of weddings, amongst other private services, so it's uncertain whether you could just walk in on a random visit. However, like most churches, if it's open for a public service, you could join in and have a look at the inside of the church.

Address: 147 Bukaksan-ro, Buam-dong Jongno-gu, Seoul, South Korea
Korean Address: 서울특별시 종로구 북악산로 147 (부암동 7)

Other Dramas filmed here: Crash Landing on You. My First First Love, Sky Castle, Suits, Vincenzo
When Jun's parents drag him back to Seoul, they lock him up in their fortress mansion and post guards everywhere around the house until Jun tricks his mother to let him out by pretending to faint and requiring hospital attention. The scenes at Jun's house were filmed at Buam7, a mansion-like house hired out for events such as weddings, TV commercials, drama shootings, exhibitions, corporate events, private parties, workshops and high end yoga classes. When Do do sol sol la la sol was shot here, they used some of the objects at Buam, but also brought some props to make the room look like Jun's room. Buam7 took photos of the room, so I've included the detailed pictures of Jun's room below.
If the house looks familiar, it's most probably because you have seen it in several dramas before - it's currently being featured in Vincenzo, but is probably most famous in the past few years for being the mansion in North Korea that Alberto Gu rents out in Crash Landing on You.

Other Filming Locations
There are a few other locations that I haven't included in detail either because there's a lot of trouble getting to the location and there's not much to do there (ie. it's just a gate or bus stop) or it was to film a brief, not very important/sad scene. However, if you are interested, I have included a a list below with some resources if you want to research them yourself:
-The Front Gate of Jun's House - Mansion Pyeongchang-dong No. 410-8
